I went in to pick up a game that I had pre-ordered but apparently it was coded wrong. He did everything he could to fix the situation. He found out that I was not the only customer that was improperly coded for pre-orders. Long story short, he went above and beyond to ensure that I had my game and that I left a happy customer.
